Payment for conference registration can only be made at the onsite registration. Fees are dependent on the delegate registration date. For example, the conference fee for delegates registering before April 30th, 2024, is $200; conference fee for delegates registering after April 30th, 2024, is $300.

MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Alipay, Paypal and Unionpay are accepted for onsite registration.

Accommodation/Catering

Registration fee does not include accommodation and catering, but facilities are available at the venue for delegates to avail of.

Transportation

The organizing committee will provide a complimentary pick-up service from local train stations or airport for all international attendees and speakers. Please contact the conference secretariat for further details.

Taigu East Station and Taigu West Station (both high-speed railway stations) to the venue is ~6 kilometers and takes ~15 minutes by taxi.

Taigu Station (Old Railway Station) to the venue is ~ 2 kilometers and takes ~5 minutes by taxi.

Taiyuan Wusu Airport to the venue is ~50 kilometers and takes ~60 minutes by taxi.

Other Information

Oral Presentation PPTs: Please submit oral presentation topics before August 31st, 2024. Please use a 16:9 widescreen ratio in PPT files to achieve the best display effect. Final files should be shared with the conference reception team no later than the onsite registration date (October 29th, 2024).

Formal Invitation Letter and Payment Invoices: Will be issued by the conference organizing team. Representatives who need to obtain a conference invitation letter in advance should contact the Executive Secretaries.

Climate: The Taigu region of Shanxi has four distinct seasons; autumn may be cool and therefore appropriate clothing is recommended.
